Package costs are all-inclusive and cover rental fees, packaging and First Class postage to and from your home. Your DVDs will be delivered and returned in batches of 2 or 3 per envelope (e.g. on the 4 disc unlimited package, you will receive 2 envelopes with 2 discs in each and will be required to return the discs in pairs, 2 per envelope) With the '2 disc unlimited' and '3 disc unlimited' packages there is a degree of flexibility with the amount of DVDs you can return at any one time i.e. send just one DVD back to us and we'll send you a new one from your list. However, if you return the maximum amount of DVDs, as specified by your package, in one return mailer, you will be prioritised higher for DVDs in heavy demand.
With all of our packages, DVDs that are in high demand are highlighted in special priority sleeves. We encourage you to watch these first, and send them back as soon as possible, as a single DVD return, in the priority return mailer. Returning priority DVDs will not affect your position with regards to high demand titles.
